The rooftop terrace at Palazzo Graziani was an absolute gem, providing fine views of the Duomo, a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Florence's vibrant culinary scene. Plus, the rooms were immaculate with beautiful decor. We dined at Natalino nearby, enjoying authentic Italian flavors that complemented our stay!

We did encounter some noise from the floor above, which interrupted our peaceful evenings, and the heating could've worked better, a cozy room would've been perfect after chilly nights out.

Convenient and top location really close to and very close to the river and 5 minute walking distance Florence Cathedral, nightclubs and restaurants were close to the hotel. The staff there were genuinely helpful and competent. The standard king room as on picture had basic facilities you need.

The breakfast was subpar and the coffee was basically brown water. How pathetic. Can you believe the fridge was broken our entire stay? Unbelievable! I woudl've expected a complimentary bottle of wine or something, but clearly, that's too much to ask. I almost considered leaving a good review, but I just couldn't.

It has really friendly staff and very very good breakfasts. The location is good and beautiful and they have parking nearby. And it's 0.5 miles from Peretola airport.

Appreciated the hotel, it is ideal and fairly clean, has top location in a nightclub. Location: the property was just next door to all the restaurants in the Piazza Navona, old town where the places of parking are reserved for the locals and tourist highlights. Bakery Panificio Brunori was located 5 minutes walk away...

The rooftop terrace provided amazing views. The room I stayed in was a Standard Double Room, cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed. I loved the diverse breakfast options, from fresh pastries to juices.

The hotel offers great spaces for relaxation like the cozy lounge and the lovely terrace for chilling out. Just a heads up, my room didn't have a great view, but the comfort more than made up for it 😊

The views from the terrace were amazing. We enjoyed fantastic mornings with amazing coffee and delicious pastries. The location was perfect, close to all the tourist hotspots and a quiet retreat after exploring.

The location was excellent, close walk to everything.

We were disappointed to find the air conditioning was not operational. The noise from the street was quite disruptive, even late into the night, despite the excellent soundproofing. We also encountered some challenges with staff availability, often finding no one around to assist with our needs, which left us feeling a bit neglected.

Great location near an art museum and exceptionally friendly staff who are always happy to help.

The rooms are spacious, the staff is very accommodating, and the location is great with beautiful views of the Tuscan hills.
